Not sure if this is really worth posting. I might scrap it later (am kinda fond of it, though).
The recent & tragic passing of
Alexander McQueen was really saddening. He was my all-time favourite designer & an absolute visionary.
This is just a little tribute piece. The dress is based on
the one from his
Fall 2009 Collection. A rough yet time consuming piece, as the elaborate bird pattern took a while. Done quite loosely though, as I'm trying to learn how to maximise detail while minimising effort.
